Narruna is operated by FERNANDO.NGZ LLC, based at 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. We're the controller responsible for your personal data.
Your email and password (your password is never stored in plain text — it's handled encrypted by Supabase Auth), the display name and profile photo you choose to add, and your learning progress (saved vocabulary, verbs practiced, stories read, day streak). About payments: Narruna never sees or stores your card number — Stripe processes that directly and securely.
To give you access to the app, personalize content to your level, save your progress, send you a daily reminder if you enable it, and process your subscription payment.
With the providers that make the app work: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (generating story and exercise content based on your level — we don't share your identity with it). We don't sell your data to anyone or use it for third-party advertising.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
The whole app runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in plain text.
You can edit or remove your name and photo at any time from your profile, cancel your subscription whenever you want, and request full deletion of your account and data by writing to info@linearmediapro.com.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we do so within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep certain records (for example, billing records).
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where our providers operate (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI). If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with its own data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws (for example, filing a complaint with your local data protection authority). Write to us and we'll help with any related request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or inside the app.
