Narruna is operated by FERNANDO.NGZ LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. By creating an account or using Narruna you accept these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Narruna. If you're between 16 and 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to subscribe, since it involves a recurring payment.
Narruna is an app for learning Spanish through adaptive stories narrated aloud, vocabulary, verb-conjugation practice, and spaced repetition review, organized by CEFR level (A1 to C2).
You need a valid email address to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Each account is for personal, non-transferable use.
Full access to Narruna requires a paid monthly subscription (currently $9.97 USD/month), billed automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. This is an auto-renewing subscription: you'll be charged the same amount every month automatically until you cancel it yourself. We may update pricing in the future; if we do, we'll give you reasonable advance notice before it applies to your next renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty, from "Manage subscription" in your profile. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for — we don't offer partial refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law (for example, if you're in the EU and qualify for a right of withdrawal, contact us within the first 14 days).
You may not share your account with others, resell or redistribute the app's content, or attempt to scrape or automatically extract content from the app.
The stories, exercises, and other content generated inside Narruna are for your personal learning use. All software, design, and branding of Narruna belong to us.
We do our best to keep the app available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical issues. We don't guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability.
Narruna is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or other harm arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or inside the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you have a problem, please write to us first at info@linearmediapro.com and we'll try to resolve it directly. If that doesn't work, any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of Florida, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or that are used fraudulently.
